1. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • All orders, donation receipts, or cultural materials are processed within 3–5 business days .

  • If there are delays due to special events, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

2. Modes of Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): Items are shipped via reliable courier services or registered post.

  • International Shipping: Available for selected materials (such as cultural publications, event invitations, or acknowledgments). Delivery times may vary based on destination.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Donation Acknowledgment Receipts: Shipped free of cost to all donors.

  • Cultural/Educational Materials: Minimal shipping charges may apply depending on weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of request/order.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 15–25 business days depending on customs and local postal services.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details (if applicable).

  • Tracking may not be available for certain postal shipments.

6. Non-Delivery & Return

  • In case of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the package may be returned to us.

  • We will contact you for reshipment; however, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package is received in a damaged condition or with missing items, please inform us within 48 hours at our official contact details.

  • We will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
